Hi guys, actually this is my topic for my group assignment subject Academic Communication. The topic is about tips to achieve optimal health by eating healthily. The connection between eat healthy and optimal health is strongest than any tips. For example exercise or sleep. The connection between this two is because diet doesn't always work. To have long lasting result, we need to make changes to our lifestyle and eating habits. Here is a few tips that eating healthy foods will contribute to optimal health.
- Eat according to the healthy eating pyramid
- If you guys want to know, the widest part at the bottom is the most important.
- Its shows daily excercise and weight control.
- Avoid eat junk food
- Contains large amounts of carbohydrates, added sugar, unhealthy fats and sodium.
- Leading causes of death and increases the risk of numerous diseases.
- Do not skip breakfast
- People mind set by skipping breakfast help to lose weight.
- Have been shown to have positive effects.
Living in a healthy state is the dream of everyone. Even when we die, we want to die in a state of healthy body condition. So, eating the right foods is the key.
